Requirements:

Male
Maximum age 28 years old
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
Preferably Majoring in Marketing or Banking Business
At least having 1 year experiences in general insurance business as marketing staff
Good communication, trustworthy, good looking, good presentation skill & prefer have customer focus
Computer literate (Ms.Office)
Preferably able to speak English (passive)
Target oriented and able to work under pressure
Having Driving Licence (SIM A)

Responsibilities:
1. Melakukan kegiatan penjualan kepada customer baru ataupun existing secara intensif untuk mencapai target penjualan, baik baru maupun renewal.
2. Membina hubungan dengan customer (new & existing) dalam rangka memperluas dan mempererat kerjasama yang dapat memperlancar bisnis, baik baru ataupun renewal
3. Membuat penawaran kerja sama yang menguntungkan untuk perusahaan berskala lokal di cabangnya untuk memperluas pasar dan mencapai target.
4. Menangani account receivable yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya agar premi dapat dibayar dengan tepat.
5. Menangani permasalahan yang terjadi di segmen yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya agar kegiatan penjualan tetap dapat berjalan lancar
6. Menangani kelengkapan data customer agar proses produksi polis dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai leadtime yang ditetapkan.
7. Melakukan improvement yang terkait pekerjaan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pekerjaan

Sales Supervisor - Malang
Jawa Timur - Malang

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities and the achievement of targeted market share & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
Business development and creating demand through the activations of the outlets.
Engage and influence the customers through regular outlet visit.
Consistently provide the best service & understand the customer needs and influence them.
Implement standard activities in the outlet in accordance with the provisions of the company.
Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in his area in line with the management strategy.
Liaise with Distributor’s team to achieve sales target within assigned territory.
Periodically monitor Distributor performance and following up with corrective action.

Requirements:

S1 graduate from any discipline.
Having experienced as a sales supervisor or promotion representative for min. 2 years, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Excellent in communication, interpersonal relationship, as well as team working.
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Excellent in negotiation skill and integrity.
Pro-active and achievement-oriented person
Good command of English, spoken and written
Familiar with Ms. Office program
Hold driving license “A”
