Resep Masakan Ayam Goreng Bumbu Lengkuas
Bahan:
1 ekot ayam, potong jadi 8
200 cc air
1 batang serai, memarkan
6 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
5 buah kemiri
2 cm kunyit
1 cm lengkuas
1 sendok teh garam
Cara memasak:
Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, kunyit, lengkuas dan garam
Lumurkan pada ayam dan masak hingga ayam berubah warna
Masukkan air
Kecilkan aku kemudian ungkep hingga air habis
Pisahkan ayam dari bumbu bumbunya lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan
Angkat dan tiriskan
Tumis sisa bumbu dengan sedikit minyak sampai kering
Taburkan diatas ayam goreng
